Employment Type: Part Time – Exempt (Until July 2026)Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2Remuneration: $114,251.00 - $134,809.00 (pro rata) per annum plus 12% superannuation and leave loadingHours Per Week: 15.5Requisition ID: REQ620513Project CoordinatorAn exciting opportunity exists to join the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) as a Project Coordinator, in the Leadership Management Development and Educational Design (LMDED) Portfolio.The Project Coordinator undertakes activities related to coordination, implementation, reporting, research and analysis to support the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of health education programs and projects.Where you'll be workingThe role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. Current AHPRA (or equivalent professional association) registration and demonstrated relevant professional experience.Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills with experience of working in an agile team environment where working collaboratively, effectively and efficiently is critical to success.Demonstrated highly developed project management and organisational skills, including, monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables, budget and resource allocation.Demonstrated ability to think creatively, analyse situations, evaluate, research and analyse data, identifying trends and preparing briefs and reports to support informed decision-making and planning.Proficient skills in using business software applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Acrobat) and Internet search engines, and business tools.Experience in a role where managing changing priorities and high workloads demanded highly developed skills in multi-tasking with the ability to switch attention between tasks, managing competing demands, prioritise effectively, and complete tasks to a consistent and professional standard.Need more information?
