Project Manager (Healthcare-US)

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong client-facing experience to join our client's Kathmandu team and manage projects for our US-based clients.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for US-based clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, managing expectations and building trusted relationships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, operations) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reports.Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.Facilitate regular meetings, sprint planning, and reviews with both clients and internal teams.Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry best practices, and organizational standards.Manage change requests and scope adjustments effectively while keeping stakeholders informed.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).4+ years of solid project management experience, preferably in IT/Software development projects.Proven experience in client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and handling global clients.Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.US healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.Nice-to-HavePMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.Previous experience working with US-based clients across different time zones.Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT systems.
