About The OpportunityThe Project Manager will be a results-driven professional with 10–15 years of experience in real estate development and construction project management. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of development projects—covering planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, vendor coordination, and quality assurance.The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet design, quality, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven record of delivering commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.Role & ResponsibilitiesOversee the full project lifecycle—from feasibility, design, and planning to construction and handover. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress through site inspections and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Implement quality assurance protocols to maintain project standards and specifications. Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related challenges proactively. Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders. Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10–15 years of proven experience in real estate or construction project management. Strong knowledge of design coordination, construction methods, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Experience managing multi-million-dollar commercial, residential, or hospitality developments. Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, consultants, and large on-site teams. Familiarity with local building codes, legal requirements, and approval processes. Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
