The company remains dedicated to empowering industries by adhering to global standards in excellence and innovation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time contract based on-site role for a Project Support Officer based in Kathmandu and frequent site visits. The role involves providing administrative and operational support throughout projects, engaging with stakeholders, coordinating with internal and external teams, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, and assisting in resource management. The Project Support Officer will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently and align with company/customer objectives. candidate should be able to handle following works1) Network Outage Planning for Activity Planned sites2) VCR (Network Outage) ticket creation, Modification, customer approval and VCR (Network Outage) ticket closure at OWS3) Follow up with Supplier team leader for VCR (Network Outage) ticket creation.4) Inform Supplier for Network outage window and service impact time.5) Monitor the Network outage during Site activity6) Report of network incident if occurred to related stakeholders.7) PAT rectification follow-up and rectification report check and submission8) Subcon Follow-up and site activity coordination and plan9) Maintain the Dismantle Material Database up to date, Assets Transfer Note (ATN), track dismantle materials movement, request customer for assets data from customer SAP System 10) Maintain the database of dismantled Material handover and report to customer 11) AMS Material requisition list (MRL) creation, MRL transfer, MRL Transfer approval, MRL Acknowledgement creation, MRL Capitalization creation, MTN creation, MTN Transfer Creation, MTN Transfer approval12) Report MRL data for DN review and DN dispatch13) CIAG task and material follow-up for RN and STR for subcon per site14) Acceptance Document Preparation of EIR/AWP, TIML, AAR, PAT report etc and cross check with investment plan15) AMS MRL Progress reporting to customer.16) Submission of AAR ticket, Commissioning Ticket, DT Ticket, OSS KPI ticket, PAT ticket, PAC ticket, FAC ticket at OWS17) Follow up for Approval of AAR ticket, Commissioning Ticket, DT Ticket, OSS KPI ticket, PAT ticket, PAC ticket, FAC ticket at OWS18) Follow-up with respective handler of assigned OWS ticket 19) tracking and maintaining the Project milestone from the OWS, preparing DPR.20) Subcon Follow-up and site activity coordination and plan21) Huawei Project delivery system operation (ISDP, ISC etc)22) ISDP milestone update and operation metrics KPI Monitoring23) Daily rollout plan and Progress including customer communication with project gap analysis, escalation and solution24) Project progress reporting to customer and related stakeholders25) Report to supervisor and maintain tracker including ISDP and Customer required portal.26) Daily maintain data in ISDP milestone completion or PTP fulfillment27) Documentation as project requirements28) Daily rollout plan and Progress including customer communication with gap analysis, escalation and solve29) E2E Filed work management including 5S and Project Tracking. 30) Prepare Material request form and Delivery per sites31) On site or remote support for Cutover/rectification/troubleshoot per site32) On site or remote support for PAT per site with completing 33) On site or remote support for Quality & EHS Inspection and Other required support per site34) Another Project work which assigned by PM per requestQualificationsBachelor's degree in relevant subjects such as electrical, Electronic & communication, Computer , IT Engineering etc.Strong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues customers, and vendors.At least 2-year Experience in Telecommunication project. Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making processes.Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies is an advantage.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Prior experience in a similar role or within the Telecom industry is preferred.
