The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of hospitality projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budgetary requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating expediting functions, managing logistics, inspection processes, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project implementation from initiation to completion.Other SpecificationEducational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).Experience:Minimum of 12 years of experience in civil construction project management with 8 to 10 years at high rise buildings. At least 2 highrise Project completly handover from initial phase.Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects involving basement and foundations works. Skills and Competencies:Project Management: Strong skills in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing construction projects.Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Leadership: Ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Technical Skills:Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, or other construction design software.Understanding of construction safety regulations and quality standards.Personal Attributes:Strong attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing civil construction projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Coordination:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.2. Budget and Cost Management:Prepare and manage project budgets.Monitor project costs and ensure they remain within budget.3. Schedule Management:Develop and maintain project schedules.Ensure timely completion of project milestones.4. Quality Assurance:Ensure that all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulations.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.5. Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project.6. Team Management:Lead and manage the project team, including subcontractors and laborers.Provide guidance and support to team members.7. Communication and Reporting:Maintain regular communication with stakeholders.Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.8. Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.Promote a culture of safety on the construction site.Work Environment:This position will require working on-site at construction locations with no time boundaries. The role may involve occasional travel to project sites and meetings.
