Technical Project Manager

About The OpportunityWe are looking for a dynamic enterprise-wide program and project management office, ensuring that all strategic initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Acts as a governance authority for project execution, vendor coordination, budgeting, and performance tracking, especially in high-complexity FinTech and infrastructure rollout environments.Role & ResponsibilitiesDefine, implement, and enforce project management standards, frameworks, and tools (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).Align the project portfolio with strategic business outcomes, reporting progress and risks directly to the CTO and board.Manage a team of program managers, delivery leads, and partner liaisons across both internal and external implementation tracks.Oversee infrastructure and application deployment, ensuring contractual adherence and delivery milestones.Establish and monitor KPIs for program health, delivery velocity, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.Lead cross-functional steering committees, chair project reviews, and facilitate decision-making at the executive level.Own and optimize project budgeting, resource allocation, and capacity planning across all verticals.Define and maintain RACI matrices, escalation protocols, and issue tracking mechanisms for large-scale technology programs.Provide coaching and mentorship on project governance, risk management, change control, and delivery acceleration.Collaborate with compliance, legal, and finance to ensure that all programs meet internal policy and regulatory requirements.Required Skill Set & ExperienceProven Experience in project/program management with at least 5 years in a leadership or portfolio management capacity.Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise platforms, preferably in FinTech, telecom, or regulated digital services.Strong knowledge of:Project Management Tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, Asana.Methodologies: PMP/Prince2 certified (mandatory); Agile/SAFe certifications preferred.Portfolio Management: Dashboarding, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), stakeholder communication plans.Experience working with international vendors (OEMs), complex SLAs, and post-contract execution models.Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of technical and business domains, capable of bridging gaps across stakeholders.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and change management skills.Familiarity with governance documentation, project audits, and regulatory reporting for platform deployments.Skills: kanban,confluence,agile,git,scrum,project management,jira,fintech
