This position offers a unique blend of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility while maintaining a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from developing sourcing strategies to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding processes. The role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the legal industry’s hiring landscape. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and identify candidates who align with organizational goals. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on our organization’s growth and success by securing high-caliber legal professionals.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the legal industry, is essential. Proficiency in utilizing various recruiting tools such as job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (especially Oracle) is required. Candidates should have extensive experience with full-cycle recruiting, including pre-screening, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management. A solid understanding of labor laws and employment legislation is necessary to ensure compliance and best practices. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are vital, along with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. The candidate must demonstrate the capacity to work independently while also thriving within a team environment.
