Driven Insights, a progressive, rapidly growing outsourced accounting firm, seeks a seasoned talent acquisition specialist to focus primarily on sourcing and screening new hires in accounting & finance roles. Come help us get the word out!Location: Work from HomeRole: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract position (15-30 hrs/week)Reports to: Managing PartnerJob RESPONSIBILITIESRapidly and proactively source and screen high-quality candidates for roles ranging from accountants to controllers to strategic CFOsSource candidates from a variety of other channels as well, increasing both quantity and quality of applicants:Managed and personally execute ongoing passive outreach to targeted prospective candidatesManage email campaigns, ongoing talent newsletter, talent focused social media postsDevelop and nurture relationship with individuals and organizations who can facilitate introductions to world class candidatesManage job posts on 3rd party boardsContinuously improve sourcing process, experimenting with new and refined, data-driven approaches Effectively manage talent screening pipeline and process:Manage screening skill assessment toolsVideo call screen candidatesCoordinate hiring process with managementManaging hiring pipeline, from end to endManage hiring metrics to enable continuous improvementManage ATS (applicant tracking system)Required Skills And AbilitiesDeep experience hiring corporate finance & accounting staff, from accountant to controller to strategic CFOPassion for (and track record of) developing a world-class cultureExperience successfully leveraging hiring technology/tools to streamline the process and develop candidate experienceTrack record of measurably improving candidate hiring process, including increasing new candidate flow conversion rate and landing new hires on predictable scheduledIncredible attention to detail and "built-in" sense of urgencyHistory of serving in human resources role for distributed workforce preferredEducation and Experience5+ years in human resources with hiring focus in a small business setting (Bachelor's degree requiredApply HereRETURN TO CAREERS PAGE
