The Reservation Sales Agent will handle reservations, provide outstanding customer service, and assist with receptionist duties. Daily tasks include managing bookings, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Collaboration with the sales team to maximize bookings and revenue is also an essential part of the role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skillsSales skills and the ability to drive revenue opportunitiesKnowledge of Opera PMS and basic computer skillsHighly organized with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in room reservations is an advantage. Fluency in English and additional language proficiency is a plus
