Job Description

The Sales & Account Management Officer is responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role combines proactive sales engagement with strategic account management to achieve company revenue targets and maintain long-term client partnerships. ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, engage, and convert potential clients through field visits, phone calls, and digital channels.Promote the company’s products and services (garage services) to both individual and corporate clients.Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and quotations.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across all service categories.Track and report sales performance, client leads, and market trends.Account ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.Follow up on payments, renewals, and client feedback to ensure continued satisfaction.Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and efficiently.Monitor client activity and proactively identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.Customer Relationship ManagementRespond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools or company systems.Conduct periodic client reviews and satisfaction surveys.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1–4 years of experience in sales, client relations, or account management (experience in automotive, tech, or service industry is an advantage).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.Interested candidates should send their CVs to yvonne.boakye@autoverseafrica.com
