The Sales and Partnerships Executive at Mingo Blox will drive business growth by managing sales activities and strategic partnerships across corporate clients, education, government, NGOs, and development partners. This role is responsible for expanding Mingo Blox's market presence, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The executive will lead efforts to secure new business opportunities and foster collaborations that align with Mingo Blox’s objectives in robotics, AI, and STEAM education. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and ExecutionDevelop and implement sales strategies targeting corporate clients, education, government, NGOs, and development partners.Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Present Mingo Blox’s solutions to clients, showcasing the benefits of robotics, AI, and STEAM products.Partnership Development and ManagementEstablish and maintain relationships with government bodies, NGOs, and development organizations.Lead negotiations to secure partnerships and collaborations that advance Mingo Blox’s mission.Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and partner satisfaction.Market Research and Opportunity IdentificationConduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in robotics, AI, and STEAM.Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to maintain Mingo Blox’s competitive advantage.Assess potential partnerships and business opportunities to expand market reach.Proposal Development and NegotiationsDevelop tailored proposals and presentations for different stakeholder groups, including corporate clients, government, and NGOs.Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms meet both client needs and Mingo Blox’s business objectives.Collaborate with legal and finance teams for agreement finalization.Cross-Department CollaborationCoordinate with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and partners.Share insights from the field to influence product development and marketing strategies.Ensure seamless integration of partner requirements into Mingo Blox’s solutions.Reporting and Performance AnalysisTrack and report on sales and partnership development activities.Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Provide regular updates on progress toward sales targets and strategic goals.QualificationsProven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.Strong network in corporate, government, NGO, and development sectors.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.NB: Only Shortlisted Applicants will be contacted.
