You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and elevated brand experience across every touchpoint, from boutique to digital.As part of our close-knit team, you’ll bring creative energy, operational excellence, and client-focused finesse to everything you do.Your RoleRepresent ALINKA Fine Jewellery with professionalism and polish, ensuring our world-class service standards are upheld in every interaction.Deliver personalised, memorable client experiences in-boutique while cultivating relationships with VIP clientele.Drive boutique sales performance and assist with day-to-day operations including cash handling, reporting, and boutique presentation.Oversee daily e-commerce performance and manage our digital storefronts, ensuring accuracy, performance, and an exceptional online experience.Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and activations, coordinating content creation, social media scheduling, and collateral production.Maintain an accurate and insightful CRM, supporting data-driven decision-making and client engagement initiatives.About YouA natural brand ambassador with exceptional communication and presentation skills.Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, e-commerce, or marketing, ideally within the luxury or fashion sector.Proficiency in Shopify, CRM systems, and social media management tools.Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and content creation.Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with composure and professionalism.A genuine passion for fine jewellery, design, and luxury experiences.Why ALINKAAt ALINKA, we create more than jewellery, we craft emotion, connection, and timeless beauty.
