Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will focus on identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to strategic planning aimed at expanding our customer base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance outreach efforts and maintain strong communication with potential and existing clients to meet company growth objectives.QualificationsMust be skilled and know how to do email marketing including its technical setupMust be able to scale email marketingMust know how to use Linkedin to build relationships at scale quickly and score clientsMust know how to bring projects from Upwork and other freelancing platformsAdept at lead generation from websites like crunchbase, y-combinator, wellfound and all the top tech platformsMust be able to go on discovery calls and close deals with customers - If you can't make discovery calls, this job is not for you.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive client relationshipsExperience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential business opportunitiesProactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced settingBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an assetPrevious experience in sales, business development, or a related role is highly desirable
