Company DescriptionQSE Group helps enterprises and governments future-proof security for the post-quantum era, unifying crypto-agility, key management, and data protection across clouds and existing tools.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Engineer will provide technical expertise to support the sales process, bridging the gap between the technical capabilities of the company’s products and the needs of potential and existing clients. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for clients. The role also involves building strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.Run technical discovery; map pains to architectures and use-cases (data-at-rest, SSO, KMS/HSM, crypto-agility/PQC).Deliver demos and pilots/POCs with success criteria and rollback plans.Build reference designs, ROI/TCO briefs, and security/control mappings.Partner with AEs, Channels, and Customer Success; support RFP/RFI responses.Capture field feedback to influence roadmap, integrations, and docs.QualificationsExpertise in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of technical support processesSolid experience in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationshipsExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teamsProblem-solving abilities and a technical mindset to address customer challenges and provide innovative solutionsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldFamiliarity with cryptography, data security, or quantum technologies is an added advantageAbility to work in a hybrid environment and manage both in-office and remote collaboration2 to 5 years in Sales Engineering (or similart solutions/impl. role) for security or infrastructure SaaS.Working knowledge of identity/SSO, KMS/HSM, data security, key rotation/crypto basics (PQC a plus).Clear communicator; can run whiteboard to exec-ready narrative.Entrepreneurial mindset
