Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Officer at Saint-Gobain Philippines, based in Metro Manila with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing channel sales, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, building client relationships, providing product consultations, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.Strong background in Cement Manufacturing, able to interpret data such as chemical analysis, process parameters and quality control.Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify prospects and manage sales processes effectively.Effective Communication skills to engage stakeholders and convey key messages clearly.Experience in Channel Sales to manage and support distributor and partner relationships.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of the construction or building materials industry is an advantage.Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
