Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products Be a productive member of the team. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master within Agile or SAFe environments. Proven experience working in IT organizations. Agile and SAFe certifications required — PSM I or CSM mandatory; PSM II or A-CSM preferred. Valid work permit for the Netherlands. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to build, coach, and guide teams from the ground up. Proficient in facilitation, conducting Agile ceremonies, and conflict resolution. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team coordination capabilities. In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks, team dynamics, and SAFe practices. Decisive, results-oriented, and proactive in driving continuous improvement. Demonstrates ownership and the confidence to challenge the status quo. Strong sense of urgency, organization, and accountability. Empathetic and collaborative, fostering psychological safety within teams. A creative problem-solver adept at guiding teams through change and transformation.
