Job purpose:  COMICAVE™ is seeking a motivated Senior Account Manager to join its growing team in a fast-paced pop-culture centric environment; to lead its Distribution Sales team!The responsibilities of a Senior Account Manager include managing client accounts in the most efficient way to generate sales for the business, analyzing and monitoring sales performance, dealing with competition, communicating with clients regularly and resolving issues, ensuring brand consistency, and motivating team to drive in sales.Roles and Responsibilities:Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategiesSupervise and support account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfactionCommunicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiriesDeveloping and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accountsRetaining clients and building strong, trusting relationshipsGenerate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awarenessUse client feedback to improve customer experienceReport on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvementsIdentify and approach potential clientsEnsure brand consistencyStay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales teamOrganize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlinesRequirements:Proven work experience as a Senior account manager in related fieldHands on experience with CRM software and MS OfficeHighly organized and solution-oriented.Familiarity with sales performance metricsExcellent communication skills with a customer service attitude (English is a must; Arabic is a plus!)Team management skillsStrong analytical and organization skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fieldJob Type: Full-timeJoining date: Immediate
