Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for an experienced consultant to enhance our client's operations in the ICT domain. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in business management with a strong focus on developing and optimizing business processes. As an essential member of the team, you will engage with stakeholders and utilize your project management skills to ensure successful outcomes.Responsibilities And TasksThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Analyzing and documenting functional integration of applications, including the use of integration components.Implementing Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and creating domain models (UML).Conducting analyses for IT-specific assignments, including ITSM tooling, CMDB, or master data applications.Performing business analysis for software development projects and providing insights for portfolio management and capacity planning.Participating in agile/scrum development environments and engaging in functional monitoring and logging.Collaborating effectively with stakeholders and managing project aspects such as costs, timelines, coordination, and planning.The Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Senior-level experience (minimum 5 years) as a business analyst.Proven experience in developing and optimizing business processes (BPM).Strong stakeholder management skills.Working knowledge of project management facets, including cost estimation and planning.Familiarity with Identity and Access Management is an advantage.Experience in a government environment is a plus but not mandatory.Fluency in Dutch at the European CEFR level C2 and strong proficiency in English.Work EnvironmentThis position can be based at our client’s offices and offers the potential for hybrid working arrangements, depending on task demands and team needs.
