Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership – Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, transforming HR into a proactive and strategic partner to support organizational growth.Performance & Talent Management – Design and oversee performance management frameworks, succession planning initiatives, and talent development programs to drive continuous improvement and leadership pipeline growth.Rewards, Compensation & Benefits – Develop and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition – Lead workforce planning and sustainable recruitment strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and hiring of high-quality talent.Learning & Development – Implement structured learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and support long-term organizational growth.Employee Engagement & Culture – Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment through effective communication, engagement initiatives, and strong people practices.HR Governance & Team Leadership – Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies while leading and developing the HR team to deliver operational excellence.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.Experience in the technology or software development industry is highly desirable.Strong HR business partnering experience with the ability to drive people strategies, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
