Job DescriptionOwn the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles (e.g. Software Engineers, DevOps, Product, Data).Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, LinkedIn, tech communities, and creative campaigns.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.Brainstorm with the team and Hiring Managers on recruitment strategiesMake sure that the targets are alignedWork independently and autonomously while partnering with the Recruitment CoordinatorsRequirements:Japanese JLPT N2+ (able to communicate fluently)2 years of experience in technical recruiting: software, product, or data roles.Strong understanding of IT staffing requirements and effective recruitment strategies.Strong sourcing skills and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and job boards.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet monthly KPIs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to secure top talent.BenefitsFlexible working hours: core time (9:00 - 15:00)Annual salary increase.
