Title: Senior Product Owner Digital ProductLocation:Kuala Lumpur, MY, MYGlobal Business Unit: PMJob Function: DigitalRequisition Number: 214843DescriptionResponsibilities:Product Roadmap And Stakeholder CollaborationDefine and execute the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needsPartner with sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders to drive adoption of the digital products and maximize value across marketsFacilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure product initiatives address user requirements and deliver a consistent global presenceCustomer Portal ManagementDrive end-to-end management of DKSH Discover (dkshdiscover.com), a B2B eCommerce platform, by ensuring a seamless user experience for both storefront and back-office managementPartner with Business Owner/Product Lead, Sales, Marketing, PM Technology, SAP and Salesforce teams to align scope and sequencingClarify cross‑system behaviour for pricing, materials, customers and quotations; ensure correct mappings and data integrityDefine and track product KPIs (adoption/online order volume, funnel conversion, release quality, CSAT/NPS)Champion SEO/UX and localization improvements influencing ordering flow and discoverabilityMaintain regular communication and transparency with stakeholders via sprint demos, progress updates, and actionable insightsAgile Product ManagementManage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review ceremonies to ensure high-quality, customer-centric deliverablesCollaborate with Agile teams to prioritize features, resolve blockers, and deliver incremental value aligned with business prioritiesOwn the product backlog, refinement, and prioritization of user stories based on evolving business needs and market opportunitiesJob RequirementsPlatform Proficiency: Online marketplace ecosystem, including eCommerce platforms, PIM systems, Content Management System, UI/UX design, SEO, JIRA, and digital marketing solutionsProduct Architecture: Solution Design, System Integrations, and Automations & WorkflowsDevelopment Methodologies & Tools: Agile, Lean, Waterfall, JIRA, Salesforce, SAP Hybris (SAP ERP is a plus)Technology Insight: Emerging technologies, solutions, and toolsData & Analytics: Handle, interpret, and manage data to obtain insightsProblem Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational mindset and executionQualification And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Minimum 5 years working experience, with 2-3 years in product management, business analysis, and software delivery, preferably in eCommerce and/or digital platformsDemonstrated delivery of complex ordering flows and cross‑system integrations at scaleCertifications (CSPO/PSPO) are a plusRequisition Number: 214843Job Function: Digital
