The role involves driving residence sales by identifying potential clientele, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, providing exceptional client service, and ensuring sales targets are met. Collaboration with marketing teams to align strategies and reporting on sales performance are integral aspects of this role.QualificationsExperience in Residence Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementStrong skills in Sales Strategy Development, Contract Negotiation, and Lead GenerationKnowledge of Market Analysis, Competitive Trends, and Luxury Real Estate SectorExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and results-driven mindset with proven leadership abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and sales reporting toolsRelevant sales experience in the real estate is strongly preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
