Job Description

Job Responsibilities :Order to Cash (AR) : Process and validate daily sales transactions from POS, e-commerce, and manual records.Reconcile sales reports with bank deposits, credit card merchant statements, and e-wallet collections.Record sales and receivables transactions in the accounting system.Monitor accounts receivable balances and support collection activities when needed.Investigate and resolve discrepancies in sales and receipts.Support month-end closing by preparing reconciliations and schedules.Provide sales-related documentation for audit and management review.Maintain proper filing of sales records and related documents.Manage and supervise subordinates to ensure seamless operations.Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior.Record to Report (RTR) :Process accounting data entries into the ERP/accounting system for general ledger, accruals, and adjustments.Prepare and post journal entries (e.g., accruals, prepayments, reclassifications) in accordance with accounting standards.Assist in maintaining the fixed assets register (capitalization, depreciation, disposals).Perform account reconciliations (general ledger, intercompany, accruals, suspense accounts).Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist in preparation of management reports, financial schedules, and analysis.Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.Provide support for internal/external audits, including preparation of audit schedulesand answering audit queries.Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and statutoryrequirements (e.g., GST).Manage and supervise subordinates to ensure seamless operations.Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior.Requirements : Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.At least 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or accounting data processing.Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MYOB, or similar).Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.Good communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and accountability.
