From big-picture campaigns to trend-savvy content, our work thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution.We’re looking for a Social Media Director who’s fluent in Facebook content, TikTok trends, Instagram storytelling, and the ever-evolving world of social platforms. You’ll lead social strategy and content direction across multiple client accounts, guiding teams to create scroll-stopping, conversation-starting work that delivers real results.What You’ll DoDevelop and oversee social media strategies for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with brand tone, marketing goals, and campaign objectives.Lead content ideation and creative direction, producing ideas that are platform-native and culturally relevant.Manage the creation and maintenance of detailed content calendars that sync with client campaigns and promotional goals.Direct and participate in the production of social-first video content, from TikToks to Reels, with hands-on shooting and editing skills.Analyze performance metrics and deliver insightful reports with clear recommendations to optimize performance.Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural trends, and emerging formats to keep clients at the forefront of social innovation.Collaborate closely with creative, account, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.Juggle multiple client accounts with precision, organization, and a solutions-first mindset.What You Bring2+ years of social media experience (agency experience strongly preferred).Deep understanding of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other key social platforms, including their algorithms, formats, and best practices.A portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence and proven results.Strong communication skills, confident with both internal teams and clients.Experience translating analytics into strategy and storytelling.Expertise in shooting and editing short-form video content.A proactive, go-getter personality with excellent collaboration skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple projects and deadlines.Application RequirementsTo help us get to know your creative approach, please include the following with your application:Portfolio / Previous Work: Showcase your best-performing social campaigns or content examples.Success Story: Tell us about a campaign or piece of content you’re proud of — what was the goal, what did you do, and what impact did it make?Spec Work Interview: As part of the interview process, you’ll be asked to create a short TikTok for a mock client.
