If you love the pace of startups and the creative chaos of agency life, you will thrive here.Role SummaryWe are looking for a Social Media Lead who is deeply fluent in content trends, formats, psychology, narrative strategy, and what is currently working online.You will take full ownership of content output across Instagram, LinkedIn, and our weekly newsletter, with future expansion into YouTube.You must have proven experience building or managing content for entrepreneurs, founders, creators, or media brands, especially those with high ticket offerings such as consultancy, masterminds, or coaching. You must understand:What drives conversions in the value based nicheWhat themes resonate with ambitious foundersHow to script content that builds trust and moves people down a funnelHow to leverage systems, workflows, and formats to create predictable, high quality growthYou will work closely with Timo’s chief of staff and the production team. You will be the strategic architect behind everything the audience sees.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy and IdeationBuild and execute the overarching content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and the newsletter.Own the full pipeline including research, ideation, writing, approvals, scheduling, and analytics.Identify opportunities to turn Timo’s ideas, experiences, and ongoing projects into high impact content.Develop predictable formats that scale output without losing quality.Build content calendars that are strategic, narrative driven, and aligned with funnel goals.Ensure all content ladders up to the mission of building the UK’s best business media platform.Scripting and StorytellingWrite scripts for short form value videos, LinkedIn text posts, Instagram carousels, and newsletter segments.Craft narrative arcs that position Timo as a category leader and trusted thought partner.Adapt Timo’s voice with precision while improving clarity, tension, and storytelling.Write value based conversion content rather than entertainment only content.Direction and Production CoordinationBrief filming sessions and ensure scripts are executed with the right structure, tone, and emotional beats.Provide creative direction on pacing, angles, delivery, and narrative flow.Coordinate with editors to refine, polish, and maintain quality control.Platform MasteryStay ahead of trends across Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, newsletters, and eventually YouTube.Understand platform psychology and how value content performs differently on each channel.Optimise hooks, captions, calls to action, thumbnails, and pacing for maximum retention and conversion.Performance AnalysisReview analytics weekly to understand what is working and why.Deliver clear performance reports with recommendations and next steps.Make data driven decisions to improve content clarity, reach, engagement, and lead quality.Build systems that make performance predictable, repeatable, and scalable.What Success Looks Like After 60 DaysA consistent, organised content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the newsletter.Weekly analytics reports showing patterns, insights, and proposed adjustments.Noticeable improvement in content clarity, tone, and strategic direction.Predictable workflows that reduce chaos and increase output quality.Required ExperienceYou must have experience in most of the following:Managing social content for a high performing entrepreneur, media brand, or founder.Working in a creator led brand, social first agency, or media organisation.Building or scaling a personal brand that directly drives revenue.Creating content that converts rather than vanity metrics.Leading scripting, content creation, and creative teams.Building content systems, workflows, and processes that improve output and consistency.Managing multiple channels and growing audiences meaningfully.Using AI tools as part of your daily workflow to speed up tasks and ideation.Additional requirements:Deep understanding of video storytelling including hooks, pacing, structure, and narrative tension.Understanding of high performing copy across LinkedIn and newsletters.Strong taste and the ability to instantly identify what works and what does not.Composure in fast moving, non linear environments.Ability to write, think, and execute quickly without sacrificing quality.This Is the Type of Person You AreDecisive and able to make a call, commit, and move fast.High taste bar and able to judge content quality beyond surface level hooks.Data obsessed with decisions based on evidence rather than intuition.Deeply passionate about content and constantly studying the craft.Resourceful and able to bring order and systems into creative chaos.Role DetailsSalary: £32,000 to £40,000 plus 25 percent bonusesPerks: International travel paid for, unlimited learning budgetLocation: London, 3 to 5 days per week in personHours: Full time with flexibility during busy periodsRight to Work: Must have right to work in the UKHow to ApplyShare with us 4 things:Assume we have just finished this speaking engagement here.
