The Strategy Consultant will support law firms by analyzing business operations, identifying growth opportunities, and creating actionable strategies. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, developing performance improvement plans, providing strategic recommendations, and working closely with clients to ensure effective implementation. The role requires strong collaboration with teams to drive changes and improve operational outcomes.
