Veoneer is owned by AIP, is headquartered in the U.S., and has approximately 2,550 employees in 11 countries.What you'll do?Take ownership of supplier quality for electronic components, ensuring flawless performance and compliance with Veoneer’s high standards. Actively participate in supplier APQP and PPAP processes, ensuring Veoneer requirements and best practices are implemented. Continuously monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement activities. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues. Plan and conduct supplier audits and visits; support new supplier qualification. Provide input for monthly supplier ratings and sourcing strategy. Act as the communication channel for component-related customer requirements. Support improvement workshops and the development of standards within the Supplier Quality.What You'll BringBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering. Strong knowledge of electronic component technology and manufacturing processes (e.g., microprocessors, MEMS sensors, ASICs, passive/active components). 3–5 years’ experience with quality tools in the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, Cpk, MSA, 8D, FMEA, etc.). Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive/customer standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset. Ability to manage priorities and workflow independently.Effective English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).French language skills are nice to have.A proactive mindset and willingness to travel frequently.
