Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client is an international, growing seafood producer. Their Budapest team is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator who provides operational and administrative support for the local logistic processes where warehousing and transportation is provided by a 3rd party service provider.This is an onsite job. The ideal candidate should have experience in similar role.Major tasks:Manage incoming customer orders (key and smaller retail partners, HoReCa, distributors etc). and connect into ERP system (Navision);Communicate with customers and internal personnel regarding status and change of orders and deliveries;Prepare and issue invoices;Keep ERP system up to date, ensuring all customer details are filled correctly, checking movement of goods in (write-offs with correct bugdet code).Collaborate with logistics service provider to manage inbound and outbound logistics, inventory count, rework, disposal, and value-added services;Help logistic manager with accurate reports.Requirements:Relevant Degree, preferably major in Economist, Logistics or Supply Chain;1-3 years of work experience dealing with short shelf-life products, serving retail chains;Problem solving skills;Good verbal/written in English;Have the ability to respond demand changes quickly;Strong communication skills with customer orientation mindset;Can work under pressure and can focus on details, good organization skills and teamwork spirit;Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Ready to work onsite.Location:Budapest (XIII. district)
