This position is critical in driving our growth and success by securing top talent that aligns with our organizational goals.Job responsibilitiesCreate and implement strategies for an effective and seamless hiring process that aligns with Tentang Anak's goals and objectives.Ensure the quality of hires by developing and utilizing effective assessment tools and techniques.Manage the candidate experience to ensure it is positive, professional, and reflects Tentang Anak's values.Act as a business partner to department heads, providing guidance and support in developing manpower planning and understanding their hiring needs.Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting, interview, offering to onboarding, ensuring the hiring timeline is within the deadline.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Provide regular reports on hiring metrics, challenges, and improvement to senior management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition hiring for diverse positions and levelExperience working in e-commerce, retail, and or FMCG familiar with fast-paced and dynamic environments is preferred.Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices.Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and levels of manager.
