Your expertise in sourcing and hiring expert profiles—such as actuaries and risk professionals—will be essential in supporting business growth and maintaining a competitive edge.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the financial sector.Source, screen, and interview candidates for specialized roles, including actuaries, internal auditors, compliance officers, and risk experts.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.Manage the full recruitment cycle—from initial contact to financial offer—while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously optimize processes.Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition within the financial sector.· Excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and a good command of the other national language.Benefits Strong understanding of specialized roles within the financial sector, such as actuaries, risk, investment.
