About The JobThe Team Lead Talent Acquisition drives the global recruitment and leads the TA team to deliver high-quality, timely and data-driven hiring. This role ensures that Sofico attracts, engages and selects the best talent across all regions, while continuously improving processes, tools and candidate experience, if needed.In this role you will report directly to our Global Head of HR.Key Responsibilities Your Profile Leadership & Team ManagementLead, coach and develop an international team of Talent Acquisition SpecialistsDefine clear responsibilities, KPIs and development plansFoster a high-performance, collaborative and feedback-oriented culture Recruitment DeliveryTranslate business needs into concrete recruitment strategies per region and domainEnsure consistent, high-quality delivery of end-to-end recruitment processesDrive hiring excellence for critical roles in Product, Tech, Customer Facing and other Delivery functions Market InsightsBuild competitor insights and market analyses to anticipate hiring needsAdvise hiring managers on talent availability and sourcing strategiesUse data (time-to-hire, funnel metrics, …) to steer actions Process Optimization & ToolsImprove the intake process, interview structure and selection guidelines where neededCollaborate with the HR Ops Specialist to optimize ATS workflows (Greenhouse) and identify other opportunities for automation Candidate & Hiring Manager ExperienceGuarantee a consistent, transparent and positive candidate experienceTrain hiring managers in selection excellence, interviewing and decision-makingAct as escalation point for complex or senior-level hires Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with other colleagues in the HR Team (HRBP’s, L&D, Empl.Ex., …) Contribute to key HR programs (Talent Boards, Career Architecture, Skills Framework)5–8+ years of experience in recruitment (of which at least 2 in a TeamLeader role) Proven track record in hiring for international and technical environmentsStrong expertise in sourcing, talent intelligence and modern assessment methodsExperience with ATS tools (Greenhouse is a plus)Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skillsFluent in English; additional languages are an assetKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking & business focus Leadership & coaching ability Analytical and data-driven Strong communication & influencing Process discipline Proactive, solution-oriented and resilient What we offer youCompetitive salary packageCompany car with fuel card/ charging cardMeal vouchersGroup and hospitalization insuranceYearly bonus (CAO90)Additional benefits: bike leasing and flexible working hoursJoin an international, multicultural company with more than 35 years of experience, which doubles in size every 5 years.
