A leading entity in Abu Dhabi, catering to Power and Energy industry, with more than 50 years of existence in the market is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer – Chemical to drive sales of chemical and process equipment solutions. The role requires a combination of technical expertise and commercial skills to support clients in the oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors across the UAE.The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sales support, while providing technical guidance to clients and ensuring the adoption of our solutions.Role Description·        Achieve individual and team sales targets for chemical and process equipment solutions.·        Prepare and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and tenders.·        Conduct site surveys, inspections, and technical evaluations for client projects.·        Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to clients at multiple levels.·        Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.·        Monitor market trends and provide timely feedback and sales forecasts to management.·        Manage service contracts, installations, and troubleshooting activities on-site, both onshore and offshore.·        Maintain technical knowledge of products and industry developments.·        Update CRM, ERP, and sales records accurately and timely.·        Ensure adherence to ethical business practices and health & safety standards.Qualifications & Experience·        Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.·        2–5 years of technical sales or techno-commercial experience in oil & gas, power, or industrial sectors.·        Strong understanding of chemical and process equipment, filtration, or related systems.·        Proven ability to handle client interactions and deliver technical presentations.·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.·        Computer literate and comfortable with CRM/ERP tools.·        Willingness to travel and perform site visits as required.·        Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, systems, and international standards.·        Well-established network with ADNOC, EPC contractors, and consultants.·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Preferred Skills·        Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.·        Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
