Job Advertisement – Project Training ManagerPosition: Project Training ManagerType: Ex UK Armed Forces ExpatriateRotation: 6 weeks on / 6 weeks offLocation: Iraq - BasraDay Rate of Pay: $375Deployment Date: 26 November 2025About the Role:Olive Group are seeking an experienced Training Manager to oversee, deliver, and continuously improve training across a large security operation in Iraq. The Training Manager will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programmes to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and international best practice.This is a critical role requiring a dynamic and professional individual with proven training delivery expertise, medical qualifications, and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:-Lead and manage all training requirements across the project, reporting directly to the project manager.-Ensure compliance with company and client training standards, SOPs, and Statement of Work.-Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify and mitigate emerging training requirements.-Manage medical training programmes, ensuring all personnel are trained in current emergency procedures.-Maintain accurate training and assurance records.-Provide support in emergency planning and response, ensuring medical evacuation knowledge and drills are in place.-Ensure all training equipment is serviceable and available to meet operational requirements.Criteria / Minimum Requirements:-Minimum 8 years cumulative military or police service.-Previous experience in Iraq with an MOI-registered PSC is preferred.-Previous range planning/management qualifications (evidence required).-Close Protection Qualified.-At least 3 years of training management experience.-MUST Hold a regulated trauma medical qualification:Minimum Level 3 FREC or Level 3 FPOS (essential) Level 4 FREC (desirable).-MUST Hold an accredited Training Qualification (e.g., L3 Award Education & Training, L4 PTTLS, L4 CET, or higher).-Highfield registered tutor is preferred but can be achieved once in post.-Experience delivering and assessing training using SAT methodology.-Strong I.T, reporting, communication, and coordination skills.Additional Information:-Single, ensuite accommodation-Comprehensive Dining Facility, Gyms, Sports Pitches, Shop, Barbour all on site-Longevity in Role - Long running Contract - 10yrs so farIf you fit the requirements and are interested in this position, send your up-to-date CV and supporting certificates to: craig.pearson@constellis.comSubject Line: Project Training Manager• Please no DMs or friend requests!• Only those candidates who fully align with the requirements will receive a response.
