Job Description

Job Purpose: The Training Specialist will deliver and facilitate training programs for workers, blue-collar employees, and drivers to ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Conduct on-site training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses for workers, drivers, and blue-collar staff.Ensure training content is aligned with company standards and operational procedures.Identify training needs through performance feedback, site audits, and employee assessments.Monitor trainee progress and prepare reports on training effectiveness.Support the Training Manager in developing training materials and programs.Maintain accurate training records and documentation.Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous learning among employees.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a relevant field.Proven experience in Learning & Development, preferably in Construction, Engineering, Waste Management, or Facility Management industries.Experience training blue-collar employees, drivers, and operational staff.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and practical training methodologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Key Competencies:Ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.Flexibility to travel to multiple sites as required.Preferred:Training & Development certifications or Safety Training certifications.
