Cumberland City Council owns and operates four (4) swim and leisure centre facilities across the LGA which provide recreational services to our community.The role of the Venues Officer - Kitchen is to be the main support to the Chefs and Cooks at Council’s Centres including the Holroyd or Granville Centre and to provide all day to day assistance in the kitchen including preparing and packaging food together with cleaning and ensuring adherence to the venue’s Food Safety Programme.The Successful Applicant Will RequireAbility to work in team environmentFollow basic food safety practicesBasic computer literacyExperience of working in a commercial kitchen/food environmentDownload the position description here for more information.About This RoleCasual positionWorking various shifts between the hours of 5am to 11pm, Monday to Sunday, when required.
