The role involves engaging with customers, driving sales while ensuring a top-notch customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to walk-in and online customers in a professional manner.- Take and process customer orders accurately (in-store, online, and via phone).- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.- Manage cash register, reconcile daily sales, and maintain accurate records.- Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and organization in the sales area.- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.Requirements- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.- Prior experience in serving or waitress duties (preferably in food & beverage or hospitality).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.- Must be polite, presentable, and customer-focused.Interested candidates should send CVs to hr@thestartupplaceng.com using WAITRESS as the subject
