Our team prides itself on offering tailored, practical solutions designed to help businesses grow, operate efficiently, and thrive.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in a part-time (2 days per week), on-site position located in Narre Warren.In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the full accounts receivable process, including:Preparing and issuing invoicesTracking incoming payments and ensuring timely collectionsConducting account reconciliationsInvestigating and resolving payment discrepanciesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date financial recordsYou will also provide support to the accounts payable function as required and collaborate with internal team members to resolve billing issues. The role includes general administrative and financial support tasks as needed across the practice.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in invoicing and accurate payment processingClear and professional communication skills for client and internal interactionsHigh attention to detail with the ability to maintain precise financial recordsProficiency in Xero (essential)Familiarity with XPM (advantageous)Prior experience in an accounts receivable or similar finance role (preferred)
