Your CV and personal data will be used solely for recruitment purposes for this role and closely related roles, processed under legitimate interest, stored securely, and not shared outside the recruitment process (including GDPR where applicable).Role SnapshotLocation: Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, On-siteWork time: Standard office hours (Monday–Friday)Employment type: Full-time, 24-month fixed-term contract after 2-month probationReporting line: Executive DirectorTeam scope: Manages Sector Committee Coordinators, Assistants, and InternsSalary budget: NegotiableBenefits: Insurance coverage, 13th-month bonus, Professional development budgetCompany ProfileAn International Chamber of CommerceKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and continually improve the Chamber’s advocacy strategy in alignment with the organization's goals.Oversee and support the operation of all Sector Committees, ensuring coordination, quality, and alignment of priorities.Lead advocacy initiatives, position papers, and stakeholder engagement activities with local and European authorities.Organize and support advocacy-related events in coordination with the Events teams in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.Supervise, coach, and motivate the Sector Committee Coordinators, Assistants, and Interns.Support the Board of Directors and Executive Director in advocacy, external relations, and governance tasks.Monitor advocacy performance and recommend improvements to enhance impact and member satisfaction.Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.RequirementsDegree in Law, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or Business.Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.Proven leadership experience in managing projects or cross-functional teams.Proficiency in EnglishAvailability to travel between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi (1–2 trips per month).Demonstrated experience in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, or government relations.Proven ability to lead cross-cultural and multidisciplinary teams.Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience working with chambers, associations, or public-private organizations.Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.Working Style & CultureProfessional, mission-driven, and member-oriented.Collaborative, respectful, and cross-functional teamwork between offices.Calm and constructive approach under pressure; diplomacy in stakeholder engagement.
