This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketer looking to make a significant impact and grow their career.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of the marketing strategy, aligning it with business goals and objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Support and contribute to a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.Coordinate the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing.Contribute to defining target audience segments and developing buyer personas to ensure effective and targeted marketing communications and campaigns.Help manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials, messaging, and customer touchpoints.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product management, and customer support, to align marketing strategies and support their initiatives.Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to contribute to the optimization of marketing efforts, drive continuous improvement, and demonstrate ROI.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying them to drive innovation.Help manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing activities and campaigns.Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, metrics, and KPIs for marketing leadership and stakeholders.QualificationsCIM/SLIM fully qualified or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA/MSC in Marketing is a plus.Proven track record of success in marketing, with a minimum of 03-05 years of experience in marketing roles.Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to support and develop junior team members.Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in market research, data analysis, and campaign optimization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated experience in supporting and executing integrated marketing campaigns.Experience in supporting brand management and ensuring brand consistency.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving ROI and achieving marketing objectives.Proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.Excellent presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to convey marketing insights to management.This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career alongside a supportive and forward-thinking team.
