Partner with OXO Tech to drive your digital transformation.Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational functions, leading a team of approximately six members, and supporting key areas of HR , IT , Infrastructure and related areas.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide a team of about 6 staff members to ensure smooth daily operations. Overlook selected HR functions, including employee coordination and support activities. Manage infrastructure and facilities, including IT infrastructure to maintain an efficient and safe working environment. Collaborate with senior management to ensure operational goals are achieved. Contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational processes.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Prior experience in operations management, administration, or a similar role. Exposure to HR and Finance functions will be a definite advantage. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving abilities.
