The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, including ensuring excellent customer service, managing budgets, coordinating sales strategies, supervising food and beverage services, and overseeing receptionist duties. Responsibilities also include the development and implementation of policies to improve operational efficiency, managing staff to ensure high performance, and achieving customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and the ability to handle guest inquiries effectivelyExperience with Budgeting and financial management for efficient operational oversightKnowledge of Sales strategies with the ability to drive revenue and achieve targetsPractical skills and experience in Food & Beverage services managementCompetence in handling Receptionist Duties, including overseeing front desk operationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead and motivate teams while maintaining a professional work environmentDegree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferredPrevious experience in hotel management or a similar role is an advantage
