With one platform, one ecosystem, and one data model, you can turn every team into a customer-facing team and unify your CX to conquer the complexity.As an organization, we are looking for Team8s who are AI-proficient, open to innovation, and skilled in leveraging AI for efficiency and growth.Learn more on our company website at www.8x8.com follow our pages on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.Due to the continued rapid growth of the business, we have a vacancy for a Billing Analyst.The role will focus on billing our direct customers in the UK, but some global work may be required.A key part of this role will include ownership of a monthly bill run (which you will then be responsible for using your expertise & training provided to investigate & resolve the customer’s query in order to secure payment for the invoice.Customer care is essential & therefore, a professional attitude & excellent communication skills are fundamental.ResponsibilitiesBe the ‘Face’ of the billing departmentDay-to-day customer queries - taking ownership of cases assigned to you in SalesForce & seeing them through to resolutionHelp improve overall billing accuracy & satisfactionTrack and report on revenue assuranceTake ownership of multi-currency customer accounts requiring manual billing by using Excel and formulas to convert rates where necessary before invoicingTake ownership of invoices which need manual intervention, such as tracking and adding PO requirementsCreate and maintain process documentation for all billing processesManaging contract renewalsPrice changesSupport wider Billing and Collections teams where possibleLiaise with third parties, customers and internal contacts & be confident in internal & external meetingsInvestigate recurring billing issues with a view to automate future billingCross-check orders and invoices against contracted terms to ensure billing consistency from contract signing to invoicingCalculate and communicate credits to customersConduct billing analysis using multiple systems to help solve customer disputesComplete other ad-hoc billing tasks and queriesCandidate ProfileHighly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong “can do” mentalityYou will be a strong communicator and be willing to interact at all levels of the organisationStrong Excel know-how (e.g. V-Lookup, basic formula & Pivot Tables)Experience with Salesforce and/or Netsuite would be a plusExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong attention to detailMust be able to work in a team, but also have the initiative to work independentlyResults-oriented, self-starter who enjoys a challenge and gets things doneInterpersonal skills and character to build trust and maintain credibilityComfortable handling customers in different situationsAbility to prioritise under a high workloadExperience in a similar position would be preferredKnowledge of Telecoms billing is an advantageFor a closer look into what life at 8x8 International and the Cluj office look like check out our Instagram page.8x8 believes diversity makes our company stronger which is why we are a proud equal opportunities employer and encourage all of our staff to bring their authentic selves to work.
