Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong financial expertise and proven experience, in managing supplier agreements within the electronics, home appliances, IT&C, and communications categories.The role involves accurate tracking, reporting, and close collaboration with both suppliers and internal departments to ensure the effective recovery and execution of contractual bonuses and budgets.Responsibilities· Management of supplier contracts, tracking and execution of contractual bonuses - suppliers· Monitoring and reporting the degree of settlement of bonuses/contractual budgets received from suppliers· Collaboration with suppliers regarding the recovery/settlement of contractual bonuses/contractual budgets· Collaboration with the internal departments directly involved, regarding the recovery/settlement of contractual bonuses/contractual budgets· Analyzes and centralizes the existing information within the contracts/appendices signed with the goods suppliers, regarding the bonus conditions· Reports to internal departments and goods suppliers· Carries out analysis and internal control activities regarding internal operational and financial verification· Prepares internal documents necessary for the registration of contractual settlements· Active involvement in projects managed or aimed at the flow of goods suppliers· Monitors the creation and use of internal controls on reports and situations sent to other departments or to suppliers· Registers and verifies the correctness of documents received from suppliers or issued by Altex, as well as other types of accounting records· Participates and draws up work procedures/instructions, actively collaborating with the other operational departments,· Maintain collaboration with suppliers in view of contractual budgetsRequirements:· Bachelor Degree in Finance /Economics· Knowledge in the field of financial and accounting legislation· Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point)· Ability to analyze, synthesize, logical deduction, problem solving and result oriented· Very good communication skills and team integration· Knowledge/Understanding of the verification flow, contract validation· Organized and ambitious person· Solid principles of professional ethics.Recruitment and selection steps: · Submitting application documents by the 28th of November at recrutare@altex.ro.· All application documents will be reviewed by the 30th of November and only applicants fulfilling all job and profile requirements will be considered eligible for next step· Eligible applicants will be invited to take a written assessmentFinal interview Application documents needed:· CV· Cover letter submitted by the candidate telling us why you want to be part of Altex and what personal and professional qualities you can bring.
