Creative BITEPH is an 8-year-old concierge branding and print execution company supporting clients like Jumia, Pizza Hut, Java House and various Corporations and NGOs. We operate lean, move fast, and prioritize quality, reliability, and professionalism.We are looking for a self-driven, highly organized, and commercially sharp Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base and strengthen our sales pipeline.Role OverviewThis is a hands-on sales role for someone who is proactive, comfortable with direct outreach, and able to manage the full sales cycle prospecting, booking meetings, preparing proposals, and closing deals. You will be expected to work independently, with clear weekly targets.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new B2B clients in priority sectors (SMEs, NGOs, Agribusiness, FinTech, corporates).Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, and referrals.Schedule and manage client meetings with decision-makers.Present Creative BITEPH’s services clearly and professionally.Work with our team to prepare quotes and proposals.Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into contracts.Maintain a simple weekly pipeline report (leads, meetings, proposals).Keep strong relationships with past clients for repeat business.What We’re Looking For2–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, organised, and able to work with minimal supervision.Comfortable working with targets and managing your own pipeline.Experience in branding, printing, marketing, or creative industries is a bonus.What You’ll Be SellingBranding execution (events, signage, displays, corporate collateral)Corporate Activations Bespoke print and design supportConcierge-style brand management servicesMonthly retainers for recurring design & print needsStagingWhat We OfferCompetitive base Salary with performance-based compensationLean and supportive working environmentDirect access to the Lead PartnerOpportunity to grow with a company rebuilding its client baseHow to ApplySend your CV and a brief email introducing yourself to: 📧 admin@biteph.com
