Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Kampala, Uganda. The Salesperson will handle customer engagement, build and maintain client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and deliver compelling product demonstrations. Key responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and providing feedback on market trends. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with software solutions like ERP systems, Point of Sales, and biometric systemsExperience in market research and identifying sales opportunitiesUnderstanding of digital marketing and rental management systems is an added advantageGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targetsSelf-motivation and ability to work effectively under minimal supervisionPrevious sales experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred
