Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Service Sales Associate, located in Kampala. The successful candidate will engage in daily activities including assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on IT related products and services. The associate will also focus on building strong customer relationships through sales support, identifying customer needs, and driving sales opportunities. You will collaborate with team members to meet targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and promote the brand’s positive image. Qualifications Customer Service and Relationship Management skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfactionSales and Communication skills, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals while effectively engaging with customersProblem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills to address customer concerns and create solutionsSelf-motivation, Goal-oriented mindset, and excellent Time Management abilitiesProficiency in using basic computer applications, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuitePrior experience in sales or customer service is a valuable assetBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities
