INSURANCE COMPANY HIRING JOB TITLE. SALESPERSON REPORT TO. SALES MANAGER Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kampala. In this role, the Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with current clients, and meeting sales targets. They will engage with potential clients, provide product demonstrations, and address customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends, negotiating deals, and preparing sales reports for management. Qualifications Sales and customer relationship management skills, including communication and interpersonal skillsNetworking expertise and relationship-building skills in a business development contextAbility to identify potential clients, generate leads, and meet sales targetsKnowledge of advertising and marketing strategiesStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
