GPAP is a competitive program that only accepts 5 participants in every cohort per month.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Trainee located in Kampala. The Sales and Marketing Trainee will be responsible for supporting sales activities, managing customer relationships, assisting in sales management, and delivering training sessions. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and assisting in marketing campaigns.Qualifications(A background in sales and marketing is just enough.)Excellent Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Sales and Sales ManagementAbility to deliver effective Training sessionsStrong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork capabilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareKnowledge of the technology and startup ecosystem is an advantageSales support, Marketing strategy, and Market research skillsCustomer relationship management skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamKnowledge or interest in technology and startupsCurrently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
