A chemical manufacturing company is hiring Commercial Strategy & Planning Lead for their office in Taguig City. You’ll play a strategic role in driving the business unit’s commercial performance supporting sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency through smart planning, pricing, and data-driven insights. You’ll bridge the gap between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure every initiative contributes to sustainable business growth.Commercial Strategy & Business PlanningLead the preparation of sales forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term business plans per Strategic Business Unit (SBU).Analyze sales performance, market trends, and profitability to identify growth opportunities.Support sales and marketing teams in designing commercial programs, pricing strategies, and incentive schemes.Financial Insight & Performance ManagementProvide analysis on ROI, pricing effectiveness, and promotional programs.Monitor business unit profitability and recommend actions to improve margins.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align strategies and streamline processes.Support new product launches through financial simulations and post-launch reviews.Collaborate on demand planning, stock management, and customer engagement activities.Commercial Excellence & Continuous ImprovementImplement tools and reports to improve sales forecasting accuracy.Provide actionable insights for decision-making and continuous process improvement.Drive efficiency in order fulfillment, pricing, and customer experience.You’ll thrive if you… 🔍Bring at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial planning roles.Have hands-on experience in pricing, commercial contracts, sales forecasting, sales reporting, and performance analysis.Have proven experience in a management or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead, coach, and develop a commercial or planning team.Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization is a strong advantage.Excel in communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.Are proficient in Excel, Power BI, or similar business analytics tools.What’s in it for you 🌟A high-impact role driving growth and profitability across multiple business units.Opportunity to shape commercial strategy and influence leadership decisions.Exposure to cross-functional projects and innovation in business planning.
