Job Description

ResponsibilitiesHandle the inbound emails and facebook messages and respond efficiently to the customer’s questions, complaints, or disputes (level 1 issues/problems).Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs. Provide help with documents and write-up processes/procedures to support the functions of the team.Interact with the Product Managers and Accounting and Operations Support, as needed, to solve the customer problems/concerns in a timely manner (know when to raise Level 2 issues/problems)QualificationsAt least 1 year of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
